With years of experience in the professional pet grooming industry, Kristy is the owner and groomer behind L'La Pooche Dog Spa, where her passion for dogs and commitment to excellence come together.
Kristy is a highly skilled groomer who believes that continuing education is essential in an ever-evolving industry. She participates in continuing education every year to stay current with the latest grooming techniques, styles, trends, products, and industry standards. Her dedication to learning has taken her across the nation to attend professional grooming seminars, workshops, and educational events, continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills.
Throughout her career, Kristy has had the honor of receiving various awards recognizing her talent and dedication to the grooming profession. However, for her, the greatest reward is earning the trust of her clients and creating a positive experience for every dog who walks through her doors.
Kristy is also certified in Pet CPR and Rescue Breathing, because the safety and well-being of every pet in her care is her highest priority. She understands that professional grooming is about much more than creating a beautiful finished groom. It is about recognizing each pet's individual needs, working with their unique personalities and coat types, and providing attentive, compassionate care throughout their visit.

We're a small shop and we see dogs by appointment, so every visit is calm and unhurried. Call or text ahead and we'll be ready for you.

No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for your pet. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time can't be offered to another dog who needed it.
Cancellations & rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-shows & late cancellations: No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule the groom out of fairness to the next appointment.
Thank you for understanding and for respecting Kristy's time. It helps us give every dog the calm, careful attention they deserve.
